How you identify a "Bio" product in relation to a convenntional product and understand the property?
Pay attention to label. All foodstuff must have a foundamental information: Name of product, list of each ingredient of product, net quantity, expiring date, manufacturing company or dealer, production lot, conservation method, allergens, Certifier Lab ID number, and EU Bio Flag.
